so you're stuck in an island and you can only choose five items to keep with you, what would those five items be?

i would choose the following:

1-mixtape
2-cassette player
3-simon de beauvoir's <i>the second sex</i>, dirty plotte comic book issue #1, or a copy of bust magazine...i'm not really sure about this. i'd definitely have to have some good reading material with me
4-dv camera or a casio keyboard, i can't decide
5-knitting kit (maybe i can make myself a sweater or something)

if i had to pick one person to keep me company it would either be rivers cuomo, my friend narchy, or emeril lagasi, cuz he can cook me stuff.
