After an unfortunate acupuncture episode, in which he was trying to cure his friend Vinnie of genital warts, but instead ended up shrinking his penis to 1/5th of its normal size, Doggie packed it all in and left L.A. for the East Coast.

Looking to start his life anew, he changed his last name to seventy six, the numeric equivalent to the German surname Howser, and took a position working with the mentally retarded. To learn more about the field, he joined the rf.net message board, where he was last seen organizing the second of their annual softball games.

TV Land really should start running reruns.
