After just witnessing the whole Lesnar/MacMahon concussion setup, I must say, it was a pretty good setup for a potentially good storyline to run into summerslam, and maybe even go on for a few more months. Now, all the WWE needs to do is set up more of a foundation, give Lesnar an excuse as to why he betrayed Angle. One good idea might be that since the title meant the world to him, he snapped when he lost it at the last PPV to Kurt, and began to conspire with McMahon in order to regain it. Also Lesnar can build up this new position by interupting multiple matches, and going on a rampage similar to the one Taz went on back in ECW during the infamous "Taz/Sabu" feud. One night he can even call out everybody in the back to try and stop him from continuing his onslaught and defeat about a dozen guys to heighten his "fear" in the brand.

But, one thing that I suggest is not letting Anlgle be the hero. Angle can be one of Lesnar's victims but someone else has to stop Lesnar before he goes to far. My suggestion is someone who has shown alot of potential and is currently playing a heel himself, but can easily turn face at the Dr0p of a hat. Who am I talking about? Matt Hardy!

The kid has so much potential and talent, he can turn into a more technical version of RVD where he does suplexes AND high risk top rope maneuvers to overwhelm his opponents. And he's so young and has such a bright future in the WWE that him winning the title might give the WWE a boost and actually force it to reshape it's franchise of wrestlers from one-dimensional guys like Lesnar, to guys more creative guys to snatch the belt from Hardy. Another scenario I'm cooking up is the WWE signing Sabu to appear as Hardy's rivalry and possibly the next man to hold the belt. Picture Matt, belt in hand after a big pay per view, with the fans cheering as he just successfully defended the belt when all of a sudden the lights go off, and Sabu appears in the ring to start the mind games that kick off to a series of entertaining ppvs!

I dunno. I'm a young writer and ideas cook up on alot of things. Bash or agree with me on this one. Your opinion counts!

Brock should be heel. It fits in with his character more accurately, and let's face it, he wasn't booked properly as a face.

The Matt Hard idea is intriguing, and I agree that he should be transitioned into the upper-card (if not the main event), but placing him in the position of the guy to stop a rampaging Brock doesn't sit well with me. He needs to be built up more from his current position in midcard hell.

Wow! That's prolly one of the funniest things I've read in a long time.

But yea, it doesn't make sense now as for Matt stopping a rampaging Brock, but it would if he began to slowly turn face and get hooked up in more matches with guys like Benoit, Tajiri, Rhyno, A-Train, and maybe even Kurt to show that he can fend for himself against guys who are more dominate in the brand.

The whole rampaging Brock thing would fit nicely since the guy has no real talent than picking you up and Dr0pping you. That's all he does. No variations on different suplexes, no variations on breaking submission holds to apply another on his opponent or anything of that sort. He's in the uppercard and started out the because he's a body builder. That's all.

I've always liked Brock as a heel. The whole idea of him being this inhuman powerhouse was really good when he began. Now that he's pretty much McMahon's new bruiser, he'll be once again a controlled powerhouse. I'd rather see him cut loose on his own with no one to control him. No Paul Heyman, no McMahon. Just Brock.

I can't stand Brock as a face. Have him stop talking and be a heel...thats the better Brock.

I havn't been watching in awhile...is Paul Heyman still around?

brok turning has only happened about 20 times before. everything fomr the set up (the acident hit durring the Bigshow, angle, and brok match), then teh friendship is in turmoil, they patch shit up until the ppv, the ppv back stab, and now the special guest ref back stab. now their gonna fight for about 2 months or until something bettter comes along.

Good to have ya back, Jynx.

I agree with it being a good move, and I especially agree with moving up Matt Hardy, although he still doesn't have the heat to legitimately beat brock. I could see benoit as the man to beat brock, though, and maybe put Hardy against eddie, rhyno, cena, one of those, if they're gonna turn him face.

Good to have ya back, Jynx.

Thanks man. You and Furie are the ONLY people that like me on this board.

But reitirating my setup: Matt certainly doesn't seem like one to stop Lesnar now, that's why they'd have to slowly turn him face during Brock's rampage and have him fight guys like Rhyno, Tajiri and guys in the upper card to show he can take anyone on.

I like your idea for Matt since he's definitely progressed well as a singles competitor. I just don't see how he would be able to go up against Brock if he turns face. Maybe we could factor in getting a little help from some friends. Or maybe he's got some skills that he has yet to display in the ring that could benefit his performance and increase his chances of actually winning. But I dunno. Good plot though, especially for Matt's development.
