Wanted: Retro Arcade Game Title

I'm looking for the title of this classic arcade game, here's a description:

1. Atari produced the game.
2. You drove a police car and it was a sit down cabinet with a hi/low shifter and two pedals.
3. The object was to pull over the various criminals (not Chase H.Q)
4. The first criminal is driving a large pink van with hippy flowers on the roof. Every now and then billows of smoke come tumbling out of the vehicle.
5. This game debuted somewhere around 1987.

Anyone know the title of this game?

The game was called APB ALL POINTS BULLETIN.


The best thing was when you caught the bad guy you had to beat him up until he confessed. :)

Yes, you have to beat a confession out of the person before your sergeant comes down. Anyone interested in this game or ANY other arcade games just Dr0p me a line....we have it ALL!
