I still dont think hes ever actually lost a match. I could be wrong though. But anyway, in my head atleast, they cant let him loose. Maybe one year down the line it'll happen, but for now I believe HHH will be titleless in the near future.

As much as I want to see HHH give the title to someone else, Goldberg doesn't deserve it. He's uninteresting in the ring, and he has poor work ethic. the only way i can see them saving goldy's character is by letting him be the heel that he naturally is.

The only people on Raw right now that are deserving of the title are Booker T, RVD, Y2J and Kane. I do hope Goldberg wins because Triple H will never lose to them.

I dont thinkGoldberg will win. Even though we all want him to, thw WWE wont let him. They need there is always something big after a Pay-Per-View,and knowing the WWE, they're going to screw Goldberg and fans over.

i don't think Goldberg deserves it even though I think the WWE will give it to him. I was expecting a lot more of this feud but so far it was pretty boring. Nowhere near the buildup they had for Goldberg vs Jericho. There are only 3 more Raws before Summerslam.

It doesn't really matter. This title means absolutely nothing.

That won't be happening. Austin is a cripple now.
I'm serious. The man's neck is so fucked up that he can't get in the ring and take the bumps required for a match without serious risk to himself. While I personally think he's probably got one match left in him, I doubt we'll see it against Kane.
The logical thing before last night would have been to continue Kane's monster push and put the title on him (of course, I'm not so sure about that now after last night's debacle, where the MONSTER~! got kicked around by Shane fucking McMahon). We know that will never happen with HHH holding the gold.
Best we can hope for is to put the belt on Goldberg, and then perhaps transition it off of him onto someone else.
It won't be Jericho - with the way the WWE is thinking, what we will likely have it Goldberg winning the belt, only to lose it to Randy Orton, who will then lose the belt to a face-turned HHH.
Point is: HHH is a zero draw as champ now, and they'd better get the title off of him and onto someone who may be able to make them money. Goldberg may be just that.

They ALWAYS do this to us!
You're sitting there tell yourself "HHH HAS TO lose THIS time!" And he never does.
He'll keep it, with some help from someone so it's not a "clean"victory and then some stupid RAW loss will happen in the next night rematch or something like that.
So stupid. I WISH they'd spice it up by making us guess!

I question any possible caring of this match anyway except for the fact that all of the real hard-working talent NEVER gets any push what-so-ever all the while, they have all the heat from the crowd. I predict crickets during this title match.
Goldberg suffered six (6) official losses in his WCW career in singles matches. Three of those losses were against Bret "Hitman" Hart. Including an un-official loss when Bret made his own three count which makes 4 losses.
Here are his losses in order:
December 27, 1998 (Starrcade)
>> Kevin Nash defeated Bill Goldberg tin win World Title.
October 25, 1999
>> Bret Hart pinned Bill Goldberg to win the U.S. Title
December 19, 1999 (Starrcade)
>> Bret Hart defeated Bill Goldberg
December 20, 1999
>> Bret Hart defeated Bill Goldberg
July 24, 2000
>> Booker T pinned Bill Goldberg
September 17, 2000 (Fall Brawl)
>> Scott Steiner defeated Bill Goldberg

I agree with some of you, and I still think HTH is an idiot. Goldberg winning the title could allow, God willing, HHH to step into another storyline that doesn't involve the title. Jericho vs. Goldberg could be promising. Goldberg could turn full fledge heel, Jericho could finally go back to being a face, even though he is so good at being a heel. All that we can actually pray for is that HHH's recent injury won't take full effect until he loses the title.

Stats don't lie HTH. I remember those matches too. The one where Hart had the steel plate in his Leafs jersey was classic.
Bret not Brett. Complete sentences? Punctuation? :)

Good job fluff. But i knew he had lost in the past, I'm saying i dont think he ever lost honestly. He got Tazered by scott Hall if im not mistakin against Nash, and hit that plate when Spearing Hart, but i dont remember that other matches, so at the most, he's lost 4 matches "fairly". Anyway, he rarely losses.

Just one example is enough to prove HTH wrong.
From: From this review for the October 25, 1999 Nitro (http://slashwrestling.com/nitro/991025.html)
Hart with a Savage limp to the ring. I think if Goldberg wouldn't be inhaling all that pyro smoke, he probably wouldn't make all those weird faces while walking to the ring. Entrance is (2:54). Lockup, to the corner - clean break. Lockup, to the ropes, Goldberg with knees in the gut - whip attempt is reversed, so Goldberg runs over him instead. Press slam into a Meltdown. Hart claws to the corner, then punches away on Goldberg - Goldberg punches twice as fast. Single leg takedown - anklelock on the broken ankle - Hart grabs the ropes almost immediately. Clean break, Hart goes outside. After a pause, he's back in. Lockup, Hart takes him to the corner - right, right, right, right, Goldberg with an elbow to the top of the head. Right hand from Goldberg. Goldberg wrenches back on the bad leg. Kick to the gut, kick, kick, grabbing the bad leg - pulling him into the center. "Ask him!" Referee "Blind" Mickey J. asks him - Hart says not yet. Goldberg to the leglock - Hart refusing to submit. Goldberg lets go and asks the ref again if he'll stop the match. Nope. Goldberg with a kneelift. Whip into the corner hard. Another whip - and Hart's leg buckles. Again he asks J. to check on Hart - who refuses. Goldberg going for the spear - but Hart puts his right leg up to block it. Now throwing elbows - sleeper applied! Goldberg backs him into the turnbuckle - but Hart holds on as he walks out! Goldberg snapmares him over to break the hold - but Hart lands on the ref! Goldberg dumps Hart over the top rope to the floor - and Hart goes RIGHT to the bad leg. Here's the OUTSIDERS and SID VISCOUS. Goldberg does all right until Sid is in with a big boot. Hall hits his chokeslam but fails to imitate the Giant afterwards. Sidewalk slam from Nash! Vicious with a powerbomb. Everybody scatters. Bret Hart, having seen none of this (suspend your disbelief with me, come on!) slowly gets in the ring - Mickey J., also come to, sees the cover and counts - 1, 2, 3!!!! Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new United States Heavyweight Champion - and we're so out of time that the announcement will have to wait! (7:52)

cast stones at glass houses. little man .
Sorry to mock you, oh master of the elipses. Anyways, regardless of how many wins either competitor has had, the title is going to Goldberg. Why? Well, it seems now that it has to if HHH's injury is pretty serious. After he loses it, Trips will have to take care of hsi little H's. Goldberg gets to be the man for a while, maybe a rebirth of the feud with Jericho could be in order.

Ok, I will admit that he has never, not once, lost cleanly.
I dont know if youre being sarcastic or not.
I realize cheating happens in every match and nobody hardly ever losses "cleanly" but damn, Sid nash and Hall run in, a steal plate and a tazer is almost like it wasnt a real match. Before this is over I'll find out the other 3 matches ended with an elephant sitting on him, a truck parking ontop of him and by being tied down in the ring with steel cables.

No, I am serious. I looked up everyone of those listed matches. He didn't cleanly lose any of them. They all invloved either run-ins or weapons.

Goldberg will never get the title and will probably be gone from WWE within a month. For those of you who don't know, Goldberg turned Vince down to fill in for HHH on the Australia tour. You burn Vince, you're done...

that was rumored...Goldie couldnt go because he had no work visa for Austrailia and his passport was in another part of the country, and would have been a logistical nightmare if he did want to take haich's spot
