Pelusa, a fourteen-year-old female polar bear, looks through the bars of her cage at Mendoza's Zoo, some 1,200 kilometers (750 miles) west of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Pelusa, normally white, turned violet after veterinarians administered a drug to treat a skin infection. Veterinarians said she should turn to her normal color within a month.

Actally, upon further reflection, I think I was in Mendoza. This region happens to be Argentina's wine region, and all of the vineyards have tours that end with "wine tasting".
I certainly tasted my fair share of wine!

Something about those pictures that just doesn't seem convincing. Those bars on the cage look so composited. They don't even cast shadows onto the bear.
