What do you think is the best American wrestling feud of the last 20 years?

I always mark out whenever I put on old Flair/Steamboat matches. Groin grabbingly excellent matches and feud.

who ever voted rock/austin deserves to be pistol whipped, that feud was terrible compared to all the others.

From a business perspective, it's Austin - McMahon.

From these choices, it's definitely Flair / Steamboat. I don't think they EVER had a bad match between them, and the 1989 series was a classic that to this day has not been topped in the North American wrestling scene.

Even though you hate him, HHH had classic feuds with Mick Foley and Austin. And would the Hardyz, DUdleyz and Edge and CHristian count in TLC count.

What about Hogan vs Savage. Chris Jericho vs Chris Benoit, HBK vs Razor Ramon, Ultimate Warrior vs ravishing Rick Rude, Sting Vs Ric Flair

I guess that there are really too many to list. It sucks that we can only list 10. I guess I'll have to make other polls. NOOOOOOOOOOO..............

Both of which, SHOCKINGLY, he won.

And would the Hardyz, DUdleyz and Edge and CHristian count in TLC count.

It shouldn't. I don't call a series of spotfest matches anything worthy of being considered best feud of the last 20 years.

Even though I picked Flair / Steamboat, whomever suggested Flair vs. Sting has what I believe to be the correct answer. The rivalry started in the late 80s (1989 I believe, when a young Sting took Flair to the distance at the first Clash of the Champions) and lasted all throughout the 90s, finally ending in 2001 on the last Nitro ever, as Sting & Flair faced each other for what should be the final time.

Sting emerged victorious. And I've said it before, but I'll say it again: THAT was the moment when WCW finally died. When Sting & Flair embraced post-match.

All the shit Vince did with the name during the Invasion was just pissing on the grave.

You rip me on my other ones and than you don't give me credit for Flair Sting. Just kidding. Hogan and Savage and Hogan and Piper and Hogan and Andre were definitly some of the greatest feuds in the last 20 years.

And Savage vs Warrior retirement match from Summerslam is one of my all time favorite matches and the greatest Elizabeth moment ever.

What, no Bret-Shawn? Nothing like pure dislike and an eventual "screwing" to make a feud.

ECW had great feuds including Dreamer-Raven and Taz-Sabu. I'm somewhat partial to Sting-Vader and Jake-Savage. Jake rules.

Bret/Austin was an incredible feud that helped give Austin his Jumpstart and was the pivot point for the WWF Attitude switch. Their Wrestlemania 13 match was incredible and saw them switch roles of Heel and Babyface midmatch and things haven't been the same since.
