there is one thing i noticed with my daughters friends that reminds me of when i was a kid, I would love to go into my friends homes and checkout their furniture and see how they lived. Where each member of the family would hang out, and the distinct smell of each of their houses. Each one had a different smell, not always great.

side note: my daughter just walked in and read what I'm writing, she said "Eric's house smells wierd", Eric lives across the street.

As I'm working in the yard i see my daughters friends itching to go inside the house when my daughters come in for a drink or something to eat. Sometimes they'll just continue to look in through the patio door. I usually don't like kids in the house when i'm not inside but they come in often when me and my wife are home.

so were you one who were curious about your friends house and wanted to check it out when you got the chance?

I always wanted the chance to just go into my one friends house and search around through it. I've been in it a couple of times but everytime we go straight to his basement. The kid's rich and his house is huge, I want to get to the upstairs and look through all the rooms. And whenever we are out wandering my town and we stop by his place or something he makes me wait outside his garage while he Dr0ps something off or gets something. It annoys the fuck out of me cause I can only get a shot of his picture perfect, everything in place garage.

And whenever we're by myself he wants to get inside and I hate it cause my house is like poor ass, unorganized, ghetto-ness compared to his house.

I remember going to my friends house and the fact that it always smelled so different, not bad but they all had their own smell. As I'm older now, when I go to visit people I really don't notice the smell anymore, unless it's a really bad smell. I've always looked at their house, but mostly how well or poorly they were built, old house's are so cool to study how they were built and newer homes how shitty they are being built..

whenever i went to my friends house no matter how beat u it was, i always thought that it was better than mine. even though i have a pool table and a pool in my backyard, my friend could live in a 2 room shack and i would think it was cooler than mine and i have no clue why

I never have my friends in my house. It's always their house. There is one friend I have that if I spend more then 10 minutes in his house, I smell like I smoked 3 packs of hacks
