Hello fellow wrestling fans. It's time for another edition of Spicy's Triple Topic with me, your host, Spicy McHaggis. Today's topic will be on Zach Gowen, OVW Stars, and Sting in TNA.
1. I have never seen Zach Gowen wrestle before. When I saw him do the things he did on that edition of Smackdown, I was just completely amazed! What is in store for this handicapped superstar with the enourmous heart? Will he ever be taken seriously and not always have to be McMahon's foe of the month?
2. We all know that OVW has some impressive talent on it's roster that could one day be on WWE television. Brock Lesnar, The Bashm Brothers, John Cena, all great OVW talent that have made it onto WWE television. Who is next off the roster of OVW to become the next big superstar in the WWE? I'm betting on Matt Morgan and Nick Dinsmore, but that's just me.
3. And finally, Sting. We all saw his match on the first anniversary show of TNA. I thought it was good for him to be wrestling again in the US. I've always enjoyed Sting since he was an NWA champion back in the 80's. I know that he only has so many apperances on TNA, but will he make a legit return to wrestling but signing a big deal with TNA?

1) I have never seen Zach Gowen wrestle before. When I saw him do the things he did on that edition of Smackdown, I was just completely amazed! What is in store for this handicapped superstar with the enourmous heart? Will he ever be taken seriously and not always have to be McMahon's foe of the month? How serious can you take a wrestler with an acne problem, weight 95lbs wet, and oh yeah has 1 leg. I give him 1 more month before he's enrolled into the matt hardy's mattitude followers.
Only if he Dr0ps the whole "Crow" look and goes back to the Ultimate Warrior type face paint and blonde hair. I was never big on Sting, but he was the big dog at WCW all thought the 80's and early 90's so I guess people like him. If he still has the speed and ability then I dont see a problem with him becoming the man to carry TNA. Lord knows Double J cant do it....God I hate Jeff Jarret

1) His novelty will wind down quick. It was cool to see but I wasn't impressed over all with him
2) Nova, if there is a god.
3)Anythings possible, Sting/Rock, Sting/HHH, Sting/Brock would all be interesting. TNA doesn't have interesting chalengers for him right now.

1) Gowan has an incredibly short half-life. This angle with Vince is THE big angle of his career. They can pretty much do two more things with him, and then he's essentially useless: stick him in a tag team with someone and have them in an underdog quest for the tag titles, and turn him heel (I can picture him in a mangerial role).
He's screwed though. No one is going to sell for him.
2) Hopefully, there won't be any. I could handle Dinsmore. The rest can fuck off. Yes, that includes the Howard Stern of pro wrestling, Nova.
3) Sting in his day was better than.....well, pretty much every main eventer the WWE has had outside of Austin or Rock. I've said this before and I'll say it again, I'm a huge Sting fan, and frankly I don't want to see him sign with the WWE, because who are we kidding here? Sting is the LAST symbol of WCW. If he were to sign, he would be jobbed out and humiliated, for no other reason than Vince is a fucking moron who is STILL pissing on the grave of WCW even after he BOUGHT the company, thus destroying any potential he may have to profit off of its name once again (but hey, why should we expect anything different from the man who STILL plays off the Montreal incident almost six YEARS after it happened and long since any of us stopped to care?).
I imagine that Sting's designated executioner would be HHH.
The sad thing is, though, I can see Steve signing some sort of deal with them for a) the high salary it would likely bring and b) one last run 'at the top' so to speak.

Hey, Nova invented fucking off. ;p
Seriously, he's not any worse of a braggart than a lot of guys in wrestling. And I agree with Hosp, I'd love to see him. Unfortunately, being forced to get a haircut so he won't be mistaken fo Trips (???) is not a step in the right direction. (Edit: and it's also been reported he will be out of action for 4 months due to injury... yet Trips continues to limp amongst us)

What is in store for this handicapped superstar with the enourmous heart? Will he ever be taken seriously and not always have to be McMahon's foe of the month? In TNA, at least he was not displayed as a carney (sp?) act at the circus but the WWE is another story. I enjoyed Tenacious Z on TNA and now... watching this pathetic storyline develop over time, I just can't watch him.
Yes, he is a phenomenal wrestler considering his situation but that is about it. Without the Hulk juice for him, he'll be mired in jobbertown VeloCity. Most you can expect is a WWE Cruiserweight Championship and he'll probably return to TNA down the line (if it still exists, which I hope for the survival of the industry).
2. We all know that OVW has some impressive talent on it's roster that could one day be on WWE television. His match against Benoit at OVW Christmas Chaos was outstanding. A feud with him in SD! could make him an instant WWE superstar.
3. And finally, Sting. We all saw his match on the first anniversary show of TNA. I thought it was good for him to be wrestling again in the US. I've always enjoyed Sting since he was an NWA champion back in the 80's. I just don't see him wanting to go the WWE.
