Over the past few weeks, we were treated to various "sports-entertainment" skits on TNA television from the trio of Konnan, BG James (Road Dogg), and The Truth (K-Kwik) like BG acting like Don West selling sports cars or commenting on wrestlers attires called "Asylum of Style". This week has to be the topper.

They did their version of SNL's "Weekend Upd@te". They did the normal sports news on Sosa, Kobe and talked about Dusty Baker's racial comments in a comical fashion. Why I thought this was so good was that after they did their newsworthy items, BG James said that at their writers meetings they wanted to end their segment on a funny note. His words were and I quote, "At Vengeance, this coming up Sunday, ladies and gentlemen, it will be Stephanie vs. Sable, it just doesn't get funnier than that!"

I was dying on the floor like the TNA faithful. Just wanted to tell you guys about it...

Well at least I thought it was funny.

It would be funnier if TNA was widely accessible to the public.

Irony is that they got the date wrong for Vengeance. July 27.

I believe they do know. But in the context of being funny they say "this sunday".

I believe they do know. But in the context of being funny they say "this sunday".NITRON has a point. It is kinda like Vince's cliched sayings for example, "...in this very ring" or "this Sunday at [1nsert PPV name]".
