Tajiri never held the ECW World Title. He held the Television title and the tag team titles with Mickey Whipwreck.

No, Sid never held the ECW Title. He came in for a handful of shows, usually in jeans (so not exactly ready to wrestle) & chokeslammed people two at a time till he could drum up enough interest from WCW to jump ship.
