The whole Behind the Music is getting tired
Now it seems like every artist who has an album coming out is getting one.
Anyway here are my picks:
Best- Milli Vanilli, Vanilla Ice, Ice-T, Notorious BIG, Nugent and any other one with a bad ending
Worst- Greenday, No doubt, David Cassidy, and any other one with a good ending

MY big ass number is 333 its a sign and jay and silent bob will return for JAY and Silent bob Strikes back AUG 21
There's been some really good ones, but I think for pure entertainment, nothing can top the Ozzy episode. He is such a freakin' pisser that I crack up even when I can't understand what he's saying.
I also think bands that don't have that much of a history (Creed, No Doubt, etc) have no business having an entire hour devoted to them.

Creed was by far the worst Behind the music. It's one thing for a band to go through personal tragedies and drug induced breakdowns and the like, but listening to their religious journey and the lead singer's struggles with his spirituality made me want to throw up.

Coming sometime in the next month will probably be the best one to date (until they do the Motorhead & Iron Maiden BTM's), its JUDAS PRIEST!!!
Best: The OG(literally) Ice 'motherfucking' T (the Body Count parts were awesome), Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Notorius BIG, Ted Nugent, Vanilla Ice.
Worst: Creed, No Doubt, Greenday, Motley Crue(those guys are full of shit about being against glam. Motley Crue, you guys are glam poseur bitches. Die of AIDS), Def Leppard, Poison, & the majority of them.
