I am glad I got there when the park opened and only had to wait in line 20 mins for this piece of garbage. The ride is way to short and does nothing exciting except for one good loop (does more then 1 loop but is nothing very exciting).

By the end of the night you could hear everyone saying things like "Man, I waited 2 and a half hours in line for that?"

Yup.

Good thing about that ride though is that it causes the rest of the park to be completely empty until around noon! Viper, Rolling Thunder, Medusa, Run Away Train.. no lines until noon! It was great but it spoiled us.. by mid afternoon the thought of waiting in line for a long time seemed horrible.

And another thing.. WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR RIDE DESIGNERS TO COMPREHEND THE CONCEPT OF PUTTING A ROOF OVER THE LINE AREAS?!!?? Waiting in line for an hour for a good ride would not be that bad if a simple roof was added to the line.. like Nitro.. great rollercoaster but standing in the direct sun for an hour hurts! If they had a roof up no one would care as much and be all the more happy.

Ok, enough ranting. Just going to close this and say its not worth the time waiting in line for Superman.

I KISS YOU!

It doesnt sound that exciting... laying on your stomach, because it's scarier in a sitting position flipping over, then laying down.

Rolling Thunder is good if you have a deathwish. I have never thought that I was actually truly in danger on any ride until I went on that. I can't believe they still keep it running. Also, I think it caused me a back injury. After I rode that thing, I could barely stand.

Now that Superman is the new ride, Nitro is probably going to be less crowded. That ride rocks, just pure speed. But, the best ride in the park is Medusa.

Last time I was at Six Flags, Superman kept on breaking down. I contemplated on going on, but then remembering my bad luck decided not to.

Jenzo, just get the speed pass. I went on nitro 3 times in 40 minutes.

How does that thing work? I thought it just made you wait however long the line was except you didnt actually have to wait in line..

I asked people who tried it on Batman and it told them to come back 2 hours later...

ok, here's how it works. You get the little pager-thing and take it up to the "reserve ride" pole in front of the ride. the electric eye scans your pager and reserves your seat on the ride. now, the wait time depends on how many people you have using the pager, we had 3, and the number of people who also have also reserved spots on that ride. the only set aside 4 seats at a time. But they limit the number of easypass' they sell.

the great thing is, you can plan your day. reserve the rides you want, in the order you want. if one ride has a long wait, go to a nearby ride with a shorter wait. your spot is guaranteed.
