Why on earth is Rodney going to remake this movie. There is nothing wrong with the original. Leave it alone Rodney walk away now. Don't you hate when they take a movie and try and redo it.

90% of the time it is crap.

Something tells me that ol' Rodney didn't do such a great job of savin' and investin' his boku '80's money. Sad.

However, let me be the first (in this thread anyway) to suggest this might be a break for our beloved Billy Staples. He would be great as a flunky for Rodney.

The story doesn't come up when I click on the link.

Is it going to be a sequel where Rodney goes back with his grandson? Or is it going to be a remake with a new cast? Either way it's a bad idea. Last time I saw Rodney interviewed, it didn't look like he was too sure where he was or what he was doing.
