don't think i have a problem with most of those things on that list there... my ex was broke and i'd say ugly (several people thought so) - i broke up with him because he cheated on me with a friend.. my current is a larger 260, drove an ugly wrecked beretta and constantly looks at other women.

you can NEVER change anyone, so why try?

The only thing I have a problem with if the being friendly with the ex thing. I wouldn't break up with him over it - i just wouldn't have gone out with him in the first place..

i never understood this sentiment ......

looked at other women

in a society that [1] is surrounded by stimuli - in our home and on the streets; [2] we spend our time & money on making ourselves appealing or defining our own sense of style ..... why are we so annoyed when a significant other has his/her head turned by attractive stimuli ....?

i know the short answer is insecurity, but i still don't get it ..... i think the world of my girlfriend, but i have to catch a look if a vision of beauty strolls by .....

and as far as i'm concerned -- there are only two reasons to end a relationship: [1] infidelity and [2] betrayal ..... life's too short to worry about anything else
