What is the huge TNA announcement this Wednesday?

From The 'Rash's column this week:

TNA will be making a huge announcement next week that will greatly impact the business side of TNA. This announcement will be huge for our company, and I'm very excited about what this will mean to the future of TNA.They just posted on nwatna.com that they are going to open a New York office for business and hired Frank Romano for his expertise as an inDEMAND executive. But I doubt that is the huge announcement.

-Could it be that they are getting a national television deal? Maybe a tad bit early or a syndication deal for Xplosion perhaps?

-What about getting picked up in Europe or other countries?

-Maybe a tour is in their future?

What are you guys and gals thinking? Or do you just not care?

They hired an InDemand executive as their COO to work out of their New York office.

Also - they announced tonight that next week they're airing a sit-down, "unscripted" interview with Sting.

The show was great tonight - Triple X vs. America's Most Wanted was a match of the year candidate, fo shizzle.

I guess the huge announcement was what I posted in the beginning... TNA pulled off the best show I've seen this year last Wednesday.

-jayfenster was soooo right about it being a Match of the Year candidate! The opening Tag Team Title Cage match between AMW and Triple X was simply too amazing for words! Skipper's best "Jimmy Snuka" impression off the top of the cage and the Super Death Sentence by AMW pulls off the stunner to defeat the best tag team in wrestling today, Triple X! Harris, Storm, Skipper and Daniels... all deserve so much more respect after that performance!

-The Impromptu Cage Match of D-Lo and AJ was awesome. Two of the hardest working guys in the business pulled off a solid match.

-Franchise on the mic was electric.

-The Futures... Sabin and Kazarian showed why the X-Division is the best division in sports-entertainment today! Who doesn't love the Flux Capisator (sp?, one man Spanish Fly)?

-Watts and the K-I-D did a great job. Kid CLAW!

-Lynn and Credible match was good also. Seeing Lolli Pop on the ground, H-O-T!

-Sharky and New Jack segment... very funny.

-Siaki does the job to Sandman to set up the Hard 10 Finals next week... Sandman vs. New Jack, nice!

-Returns of Gilberti and the Devil himself Father James Mitchell was solid!

-Trinity's heel turn and possible association with Siaki, Russo and AJ could be the best combination of talent in a long time (Add Triple X PLEASE!).

-Nothing to complain about... hell of alot better than WWE's storylines. Prove me wrong WWE!

Elix Skipper really impressed me in that cage match. Elix was used totally wrong in wCw and I am glad he is now able to show what he can do. He is no longer a joke but one hell of an X-Division wrestler. Triple X = One of the Best Tag Teams ever.

I totally agree about Skipper. I HATED him in WCW, but with less mic work & more flying in TNA, he has become quite a solid flyer in my eyes. Man, did he take some tumbles in that cage match, a great match all around.
