honestly this is a very classy move on the WWE's part by giving Mick a lifetime achievement award like this, even though they said it was a "trophy"

looks like no funk tonight however, would have been nice if he was there for this ceremony.

i kept waiting for Funk to come out. i enjoyed the segment. Vince walking down the ramp was so funny...he rules. the handshake was better though.

there was so much Funk speculation...it may not be over yet for Foley tonight.

Foley didn't leave the wwe in the cold at the 10th anniversy. If you noticed at that, only two of the wrestlers nominated for wrestler of the decade were there, HBK and Triple H. So him not showing was due to the WWE not him

I thought the whole thing was great. Foley is so damn good with a mic in his hands...and even Vince (baseball bat planted firmly in rectum as he walked down the ramp & all) had to play nice during it all.

it was a great move from vince, but u know he gonna come back. whether in the ring or in some other capacity. but id kill for him to take over as commisioner of smackdown. and start booking for both shows.

I just didn't need to see Orton beat down and push Mick down the stairs as Vince laughs. Orton should not get over at the expense of Mick!

with mick they went from classy to disgraceful in a commercial break.

If they had any real decency, they'd give him a replica of the World Title, instead of the belt that has meant the least in the history of the WWE.

And Orton shouldn't be put over at the expense of ANYONE.

And Foley's new book is a fiction novel which is only marginally about wrestling. Don't pick it up expecting to read any Al Snow jokes.

The entire segment, I was sitting there hoping Vince DIDN'T hit Foley with that title belt. I had visions of that happening and was very relieved when it didn't. Very nice of Vince to do the right thing for once. Now about that Triple H as world champion idea....
