Great Idea for Spike Dudley

As most people know, Spike Lee is suing TNN for changing their name for Spike Tv. Today a judge ruled that TNN has to postpone the launch of Spike tv which was suppossed to happen on Monday until this can be sorted out.

This is fucking ridiculous. How the court system allows these shit lawsuits to get this far is unbelievable. However the WWE should do an angle out of this, with Spike Dudley hiring the black lawyer that was used in skits a couple years ago where he is suing TNN for using his name.
