Any methods for lucid dreaming?

Well In the past month I have had a personal record of 3 sex fantasies. I remember hearing something about Out of Body experiences and how you can control your dreams. I did some researching and found something about 'lucid dreaming'.

Anyone have any tips for controlling your own dreams?
