When I lived in Mississippi, I remember there was this show called Swans Crossing (I think Sarah Michelle Geller was in the cast). It was like a teenage soap opera. Does it ring a bell?

Also, Kids Incorporated was like a skit show/singing show i think. I'm not sure if one of the kids was Mario Lopez.

Were there any other people that you can remember in these shows?

Martika hit it big with the annoying song "Toy Soldiers".

HAHA AJ, I totally remember that.

I didn't watch Swans Crossing but I loves Kids Inc. and the Mickey Moust Club. Jennifer Love Hewitt used to be the annoying little girl on Kids Inc.

Ah, the days when TV was still innocent.

Swans Crossing used to come on at 5:30 in the morning on Channel 9. Even as a kid I was an insominiac and would watch it every morning. It was uber cheesy. But that was way before SMG was such a thespian that she could handle heavy projects as Scooby Doo.

And who didn't love Kids Inc. ?

Swans Crossing used to come on at 5:30 in the morning on Channel 9. Even as a kid I was an insominiac and would watch it every morning.i used to watch it every morning at 5:30, as well, after they moved it there from its more convenient afternoon time slot. i used to set my alarm to wake myself up to watch it each morning. then, when my mother would get up, i would tell her that i couldnt sleep and so i was watching the show instead. i knew she'd be mad if she knew i was waking myself up to see it. i'm such a dork.

Anyone else besides SMG come out from the show?well, brittany daniel played mila rosnovsky on swans crossing, and she's been in a couple of things since... including playing jessica wakefield on sweet valley high (another appropriate topic for this forum, i suppose). she's also been in a couple of bad movies, i think.

also, mira sorvino had a minor part on swans crossing...

Yeah I remember Kids Incorporated. Wasn't it like the Mad TV to Mickey Mouse Club's SNL?

Steph

P.S. Something else is coming to mind. I think it came around in the early 90s... "Kid Songs" I think it was called. It had a blue bat-like creature and a bunch of kids who had their own TV station or something.

Yea I remember watching Kids Incorporated and Kid Songs when I was little. I remember they had one of the skits where they would sing a song and the kids would act it out, and the only one I can remember is the one where they sang that song "theres a hole in my bucket, Delila Delila, theres a hole in my bucket, Delila my love" and there'd be this shocked little white kid with a mushroom haircut holding a bucket with (lo and behold) a hole in it, and then the girls would sing back scolding him for having a hole in his bucket. everyone was dressed like pilgrims and it was kool.

Did the Mickey Mouse Club have the beginning where that women would do the workouts and stuff at the beginning? I remember watchin' that before going to kindergarten. Not that I DID any of those exercises....
