Well I can't think of a better way to bring in Ultimo Dragon than to have him challenge Mysterio for the Cruiserweight Championship at the first Smackdown PPV!

My suggestion for the first Smackdown PPV: 4-way between Rey / Ultimo Dragon / Spanky / Jamie Noble. And give them a LONG time. I mean, like 15 minutes at least.

Right. Notice how I didn't include Matt Hardy in my 4-way idea.

It's okay for the cruizers to wrestle the heavies, but NOT in cruizer division matches. Superheavies - guys like Big Show or A-Train - should NEVER be allowed to face the cruizers (unless, of course, they're jobbing to them).

If they were actually serious about the division - and they've NEVER been truly serious, ever since the beginning they've, at best, half-assed it - they would book it so that none of these cruizer-jobs-to-heavyweight-in-squash matches ever occur. Having someone like Rey job to Big Show, or A-Train, does nothing for anyone. It doesn't put over the heavy / superheavy, it only hurts the cruizers.
