Yes, I know exactly what you're talking about. I do this mostly with the actors who aren't really big stars. Like the guy who played Pig Vomit in "Private Parts" or Bradley Whitford in "Billy Madison". Now every time I see them, I just think they're assholes and I can't stand either one. I also hate the character actor James Rebhorn. He always plays a dick.

In a similar vein, I hold a grudge against hot celebrities when they get married and absolve them of my grudge when I hear they break up.

When the movie "Friday" was released on DVD my friend bought it and invited a bunch of us to his house. Half way through the movie I realized I HATED the character Smokey (Chris Tucker). I did not know why and I was the minority because everyone else seemed to love him. I actually left because I wanted to jump into the television and put him in a human torture rack. I never knew why, but anything I seen him in bothered me and I seemed to be harboring some kind of prejudice I was unaware of. During the course of the next year or so this continued in EVERYTHING I saw him in, I could not figure it out. One day I walked into a friend's house and his little brother was watching a movie, and there....that was it! The movie was called "The Fifth Element" and there he was, Chris Tucker playing some kind of awful character and he NEVER shut up. At that moment I realized that was why Chris Tucker makes me sick to my stomach.

I HATE Paul Allen (Jared Leto) for treating Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale)in such a condescending manner. I get upset just seeing him in any medium.
