All it is is a 16 person tournement of the best wrestlers from raw and smackdown. I seed them like the NCAA's and the higher seeding faces the lower seeding. The person with the most votes after a week moves on to the next round.

I think it is something the WWE should try as it could get some new matches and make things more interesting. Kind of like a bigger version of King of the Ring except all the big talent is involved.
