Nuking the Middle East- justified?

I've been reading various posts about justification of using the bomb in Japan, how we view the middle east and how the arabs hate us.
Would nuking the middle east be justified since it seems that most of the terrorist come from over there. It could be a pre-emptive strike against the terrorist and future terrorists. Why wait until we get attacked again,we got to protect ourselves. Since tax-payers pay for all this stuff, shouldn't we use the nukes we pay for afterall, it's like paying for a car but not using it. Just doesn't make sense.

Conceivably, any nation on Earth at some time could attack us. So why not nuke everyone?

As for nuking the Middle East, that would be stupid even ignoring the humanitarian issues, unless you like the idea of filling your car with radiated gas. Or letting radioactive dust storms engulf Israel.

It would not because a nuke is a devise that is to be used against a country, not a society.

I know that a large percentage of the populace in the Mid East sympathize with the terrorists, and many of the governments do as well. But, There is no way we could ever justify the use of a nuke.

I can also say that with complete certainty that there is not a situation where a nuclear devise would be justified. Actually, there are a couple but I can't think of them.
