View Full Version : Sehorn signs 1 year deal with Rams

Good riddance, they can have him. Sehorn definitely did have his moments, but when he wasn't on, he was a whiner who couldn't play well as part of a 'team'. It's also gonna make the Giants/Rams games much more interesting.
What do ya'll think of this?

I don't think his wife will like St. Louis better than NYC.

A Skidmark production.
I think Sehorn hit his peak a few years back. He has been less effective with the passing years. But this change could spark a new life in his performance. He wasn't getting it done as well as he used to here. Best of luck to him. And his wife's eyes are disproportionate. Freaky to look at.
I also think Aggie has the best sig pics. Go Jersey!

If the Giants hadn't been so crowded at FS, Sehorn would probably still be with the team.
His declining speed and agilitiy was exposed lat year, and it became abundantly clear that he would not be able to play corner back. Unfortunately the Giants didn't have an opening.
Who knows, this could be great for his career.
I wish him good luck, but I won't be happy unless Stl loses every game.
Especially the game agains the Giants.

Thanks Sehorn for the memories. It wasn't your fault for getting hurt. Good luck with the Rams.

It wasn't your fault for getting hurt. Good luck with the Rams.
But it was your fault for not realizing that you weren't the most gifted corner in the league anymore & being as selfish/overly-prideful as Mike Piazza & not willing to change position. You could have stayed, perhaps thrived at safety, & made more money in endorsements than your salary.
They say St. Louis has the best fans in sports...let's see how they treat you after the first time you pull up lame chasing a wide out who just blew by you, not due to injury, but because you're making sure your pants don't fall down because you're a PrimaDona who has his socks sewn into them.
Good luck, you silly prick, I hope you blow your knee out on that awful carpet & your wife boots you to the curb.
Have a nice day!

not willing to change position
He was willing to switch to safety for the Giants, otherwise, why would he play safety for the Rams? The Giants (Mainly Fassel and a few others) wanted Sehorn to remain a corner. There simply wasn't a position open at safety for the Giants.
cost them a shitload on the cap this year
I don't really know exactly how the cap system works, but I do know this. The Giants owed Sehorn a lot of money, for his remaining contract, but because of the way the contract was made up, Sehorn also owed a lot of money to the Giants ( I think it has to do with his signing bonus). The difference was neglegable, i think about a million. The Giants payed it, and arent in a terrible cap situation.
