after 6 months or so of playing this game(my saved missions wouldn't load after the mailibu club was completed and i had to start over!!) i got so pissed with the dildo dodo mission i ripped the fucking cd in two and tossed it out!!!

I downloaded the game a few days before it was released and I haven't stopped playing it yet. The RC Helicopter mission is dumb but whatever.

yea i wasted 50 bucks but the cd locked up and froze alot anyway. can you believe that gta 3 was much better? it was like technology went backwards with vice city.

I had many of the same problems. From what I hear 1 out of 2 games freeze and have problems. Of course I had to get the bad one.

I was pulling my f'n hair out everytime the game freezed and didn't load.

Dildo Dodo was very do-able. it was just about control. and in keeping up with the 80s, in the words of the immortal Steve Perry, 'Dont stop. Believing.' when all else fails, find a cheat at gamefaqs.com.

no cheats could help with the dodo or the driver mission! i stashed an fbi cheeta right where the first right turn is and caught up to the Sabre turbo and luckily he got driven off the road by a civilian right before the last bridge toward the end of the race!!

yeah, too bad VC doesnt have some kinda timer freeze like GTA3 did. what can i say? i made it past those 2 missions, and i'm far from an ubergamer. just keep trying, and i was honest about believing. your thumbs cant guide you to victory if your mind doesnt believe it will. this is one game where you shouldnt give up, because each mission brings a great cinematic. ray liotta and the rest of the cast were superb.
