Frasier(universally praised and lauded, but they took the dullest guy on Cheers in my book and centered the show around him. Not intrinsically bad as the first two, but definately not my cup of tea. And Frasier and Niles should just fuck already)

Sanford Arms had nothing to do with Sanford and Son, other than some new characters were now living in the Sanford house and running the apartment building next door. Teddy Wilson, who had roles on That's My Mama and Good Times, was the new owner of the house, and he stayed there with his daughter. Aunt Esther, Grady and Bubba were still around, but they were the only connection to the old show.

Man did the show suck monkey balls :(
