Designer Whey Protein

I just picked up a tub of this stuff, and there are no directions on what to mix it with. I tried water but it was awfull. Anyone ever try this stuff?

All protien powders taste like shit. Try mixing it with milk, it's a little better than water.

I 've used Diet Sprite. The amount of "fizz" when the protein is stired almost always overflows whatever I'm mixing it in.
Lately I've just used water and added some orange cvs soluble fiber. It improved the taste and helped with the "other problems" a high protein/lo carbs diet produces.
