Why are my friends such losers?

What the fuck is wrong with these kids? Last night night there wasn't really much to do, so these kids decide to go drink back in the woods. They're 21!!! The night before there wasn't much to do so some of them went drinking back by the resevoir in town. I'm like "What the fuck is wrong with you!? We should be hanging out at bars, clubs, etc."

I can only imagine them getting busted back there by the cops who are expecting to catch 15 year olds, who then just let them go because they realize how pathetic they are.

it's not being cheap, maybe they just didn't have the money to go out. if i'm short on cash i have no problem staying at my house and drinking in my basement with a few of my friends. it's not the most exciting thing in the world, but it can be fun from time to time.

Drinking in the basement and doing nothing is a big difference from drinking in the woods. We had a chance to drink at someone's backyard last night, but these kids are like "Let's go to the woods!"

it's the same for me if i'm low on cash, i can easily get a 6 or 12 pack for the price of 1 beer at a lot of places. so hanging out at home, or with friends somewhere for much cheaper is sometimes the way to go. especially if you want to lay low and save money, but still get drunk and hang out.
