I read on a few websites that the match is still going on and Benoit is a prime candidate to replace him. However currently Benoit is in a 6 man tag with Rhyno and Spanky vs the FBI and John Cena. I also read Rey Mysterio might be a choice.

So than wihtout taking Benoit out of his match unless he wrestles 2 matches, use Rey Mysterio. Well Albert and Rikishi are off the card right now, so that is more likely as a replacement.

It is actually Juventud Guerrera.

He is curently in XPW and has appeared with Konnan on TNA but I would not totally rule it out.
