Smackdown spoiler for Piper's pit

[Teenweek]

Roddy Piper and Sean O'Haire come to the ring for Piper's Pit. Mr. America comes to the ring after a short tyrade by Piper. Piper sends O'Haire out to take an American flag from a fan at ringside. Piper attacks Mr. America from behind. O'Haire re-enters the ring and he and Piper double team Mr. America. Piper tries to take the mask off but the fan from ringside jumps in the ring and hits Piper with the flag. O'Haire attacks the fan. Security and Piper have a tug of war with the fan and Piper pulls the prostetic leg off the fan. O'Haire and Piper leave the ring in disbelief. Mr. America helps the one legged fan to his feet foot and hobbles to the back.

Backstage, Vince asks Piper and O'Haire what the hell that was out there that he just saw. Vince says that is lawsuit material. Vince says he plans to make a decision concerning Piper and O'Haire. Vince leave and Piper and O'Haire wonder what their future holds.


Backstage, Vince tells Piper he knows he has no remorse for what happened earlier with the fan. Vince tells Piper that he will face Mr. America at Judgment Day this Sunday.

All speculation had been that he was being saved to be a one legged performer going up against Rodney Mack in the white boy challenge and he'd be the jobber to beat him, but apparently, he's being used here.

Imagine the posibilities! He will always have a weapon for a hardcore match, he will have a leg-up, pun intended in a submision match as not having to worry about one leg and any pressure applied to it, and maybe they can give it a personality, something that they haven't done in a while with an inatimate object. The only thing that is truly scary is that Vince and his creative team are probably thinking the same thing.
