They were going to debut it live on Tech Tv weren't they? Gamespy was also doing something live yesterday for Half Life2. I will get this game and that new Doom looks hot!

Jon - Thank you so much for that link. I'm not much of a gamer, never had PS2 or XBox or anything like that. But I did play Half Life on my PC about 5000x !!! I loved that game and can't wait for this to come out.

This review looks like it was lifted from CGW or PC Gamer. Even the screen shots are identical.

The release date is 9/30.

HK, that's because all media outlets had access to the exact same demonstation and were given the exact same screenshots to display.

The IGN preview was also very good and gave a couple more details

Jon - That's true to some extent, especially about the pictures, but the actual words used differ from magazine to magazine. (I subscribe to all the PC Game magazines). This seems to have been lifted directly from one of them.
