But Im also a big fan of cold pizza, cold pretzels, and even cold hot chocolate. It just brings a completly different taste to the table, and my mouth.

Zuccini pancakes. for those who dont know, 2 zuccinis, 2 potatoes, 2 onions grated into a large bowl, add 1 egg, mix and thicken with some flour (1/2 cup- 1 cup depending on how large your vegetables are and how wet your batter it), salt and alot pepper to taste. Fry on hot pan with good oil (peanut or olive). Serve with a slap of butter hot or when cold just some salt. Very very good hot and cold
