In other words, she likes mine.

Soak them in a brine for an hour. Put flour, salt and pepper in a brown paper lunch bag. Put several at a time in the bag and shake. Remove and fry in oil. Toss in mixture of melted butter and Frank's Hot Sauce.

THAT'S IT!!! I hate when they fuck with the sauce. NO TABASCO! NO BBQ SAUCE! NO OTHER HOT SAUCE. NO CHILI FLAKES! CALL THEM SOMETHING ELSE THEN, FRANK'S HOT AND BUTTER..NOTHING ELSE...

I used to like the drumettes better, now I like both equally. I like my wings really juicy and I love the blue cheese...but I never dunk the wings in the blue cheese, only the veggies..

PS - When in Buffalo, Duff's is better than the Anchor Bar, even thought they were invented at Anchor Bar. My faves in NYC are Atomic or the one's at Blondies.

I say the best way to eat hot wings is ordering a plate of wings in HOOTERS with a couple of bottles of cervesa on the side and just watching boobies bounce all night....tons of blue cheese and I never heard of eating wings with celery?!?!

But seriously, does anyone know the names of some good hot wings in the frozen section in the supermarkets? I'd really like to know...
