I have a straight set of legs with no bow to speak of.
So i haven't been to the gym in some time but I went today and did 15min of Nordi and 15min of Tread...
Next thing i know my thighs are rubbing together and it causes a little irritation... Probably because the skin is not used to the friction and has to get used to it...

How about you, how much of a bow do you have. Do your thighs rub together and if so does it irritate your skin?

Does the term "bow legged" apply to legs that curve inwards, too?

i thought it meant a leg that begins to bow at the thigh, where the bone curves outward and when it reaches the knee it begins to curve inward to the ankle...

like Yosemite Sam, not like Bugs Bunny...

Yes, it does.
Your femora bowing outwards makes your thighs rub together? I'm missing something.

this was the first line of my first post...

why do you do this to me?
:)

i was just talking about how when i exercise my legs it seems to cause more friction between my thighs and it causes irritation...

so i got to thinking that if i had more bow to my legs then my thighs wouldn't rub together as much or at all and i was just asking people on the board about the bow in their legs and whether their thighs rub together...

how about yourself?

I have knock knees but that's not why my thighs rub together. That's called adipose deposits.

The sad thing is that Ari's changed the locks three times, but ADF STILL comes reeling through the door...the big clod...
