They found the body of a woman and a fetus approx 2 miles from where the husband had gone fishing.

Do you believe the bodies found are of Laci Peterson and her child and do you feel her husband is guilty?

I believe they are and believe he is guilty.

I just ask myself: "why didn't he just get a divorce?"

Sounds about right. I think my attention span is pretty average for an American and all the war coverage was starting to all look the same to me.

Didn't they drag that whole area of water as soon as she went missing? I know the investigators were really <I>trying</I> to blame the husband, in a "The butler did it, let's go home" type of way... strange that this body should suddenly wash up almost 4 months later...
