So imagine there was some sort of cookbook and we all had to submit a recipe..... or there was a party and you had to bring your best dish.... or you were cooking for someone special and you had to make that one dish that's sure to wow them.

What is your "secret, world famous, everybody asks me to make it and then begs me for the recipe" dish that you are known for?

I'll start. I make a mean risotto. Any kind, seafood, mushrooms, peas....you name it.

Cooking is a passion of mine and I can dish just about anything, except desserts. My signature dish (favorite) would be:

Pistachio encrusted rack of lamb
Garlic and butter rice with assorted bell peppers and mushrooms sauteed in sherry wine
Fresh asparagus grilled in butter and lemon
Deep fried corn dog *wink*
Fresh Italian bread (bought out) and served hot
Strawberry cheesecake (bought out)

Jello/Pudding dessert.(works best with strawberry jello and chocolate pudding).
1.You first put the pudding in a cup
2.and place the jello on top of it.
3. Finally you top it of with whip-cream. (Tatse like chocolate covered strawberries!)

I keep wondering how come they don't market this , it's good stuff!!!!

Roasted garlic gorgonzola bread.

Roast the garlic for about 45 mins @ 350 degrees. Let cool, then mix with some olive oil, spread it on the bread & put it under the broiler until just crispy.

1 pt. heavy cream, bring to a slow boil until reduced by 1/3, then add 8 oz. gorgonzola cheese. When cheese has melted let mixture cool for about 5 mins. to thicken up. Cut up the bread and dip away. You have dragon breath after you eat this, but if everyone has it, it's not a big deal.

My best are breakfast foodsthat goes for me, too. which isn't to say that my breakfasts are so great, but i just really don't know how to make anything very exciting. although, my boyfriend seemed to like the eggs i made the other day. i dont know.. i suspect i may suck

Cooking has always been a lot of fun for me. I can't make a five star meal but you'll eat well and want to come back. My favorite and probably best work is any kind of stir fry dish.
