Sen. Chuck Schumer just released a list of thousands of NY'ers who are owed money by the IRS, and may not know it. It's worth a look to see if youre on this list (I wasnt, sigh). its funny that the zip codes run from South to North, and they begin with the 10001 all the names are Asian, and then Jewish as they pass through the upper west and east sides, and finally hispanic as the zips cover "past 125th streets".

but not all that funny since my name wasnt there.
