Sandman, I got some advice for you.
First off, if you have the internet at home, you can easily, well, it's a little complicated, but you probably get free space for a webpage from your internet service provider. A lot of people on the board have aol and do that, me I have At&t as my provider, but I only use their space for posting sig pics and whatnot.
For a webpage, what I use it Tripod. It's easy to use, comes with a template, and is really simple. YOu don't need to know any html, or anything complicated. You just pick the page layout format, and go from there, adding text and pictures and whatever you want.
I've found Tripod is really easy to use. Homestead is easy to use as well, but they recently started a policy about having to pay, which is gay. I believe angelfire and geocities are usable too, but if you want to avoid html alltogether, I would recommend tripod, because it really is super easy to use.
