You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I was up late and I noticed there were 99 postings on the bord. I wanted to make sure that the 100th was something special. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE FOUNDERS AND OPERATERS OF RONFEZ.NET You guys do a great job. It is a really nice site. I wish I knew about it sooner. Carter and Jeff, great job, and I know Angry Missy Baby is in there too. Anyone I am missing, I"m sorry but a HUGE thank you! Please everyone who uses this site, these guys deserve at least a nice thank you! Have a ducky day!
