What a shame. This guy could've been one of the all time greats.

That totally 100% sucks.
Growing up, I wanted to be just like Ken Griffey Jr. I thought he was the greatest player ever.
It really sucked when he got signed by the Reds, because I automatically hate all NL Central teams (except the buccos of course). But I was happy that I'd get to see in person a lot.
He could have been one of tha all-time greats, but all these injuries. Why couldnt this happen to Kobe Bryant??? I want Ken back!!

At this point these injuries stop being funny and just start being incredibly sad and unfortunate.

Luckily, he has not been on any of my fantasy teams this year :)

Let's see...the Yankees were his problem until Seattle became his problem...then he was happy to be back in Cincinnati until they became the scapegoat for all of his problems...couldn't happen to a nicer guy. He sucks I hate 'em.

He's the best player I've ever been happy to see get hurt on my fantasy team. He could have come to NY, played on real grass, won championships, and become the legend he was destined to be...and I'm talking about even if he signed with the Mets. But he'd rather "go home" & play on concrete in that shithole, without any real talent around him, for that owner. All because he wasn't allowed to play wiffleball in the Yankee clubhouse as a kid. Good, fuck him, I hope he gets an infection & loses the arm.
