I grew up in the age before VCRs (I think we finally got
one when I was a senior in high school), so I didn't get
to watch any movies over and over again, except for
when they came on TV, like Wizard of Oz. That one
used to come on about once a year. I remember the
first time I got to see it on a color TV, when I was about
7, my Mom kept telling me there was going to be
something very special that happened once Dorothy
landed in Oz. Wow, Color! (Yeah, we were easily
amused back then.)
I did go see Logan's Run in the theatre six times,
though.
The DVDs my kids watch again and again (partly
because I like them so much) are:
Wizard of Oz
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
The Nightmare Before Christmas
James and the Giant Peach
The Iron Giant
Pee Wee's Big Adventure

I edited your list a bit, but DAMN, we had a lot in common as far as our childhood movie picks go.
I've seen each of those 5 movies probably dozens of times. I pretty much hate musicals, too, but I can just about sing every Wonka song verbatim.
Some more of my favorites:
Ghostbusters (classic movie)
Big Trouble in Little China (Kurt Russell's BEST movie, and I will fight anyone who disagrees to the death!)
G.I.Joe: The Movie (Devolving Cobra Commander RAWKS~!)
Transformers: The Movies (I mark for Quintessons)

As another pre vcr/cable person, I think many of us in the same situation would watch religiously every year.
The Wizard of Oz
March of the Wooden Soldiers
The Grinch who Stole Christmas
Charlie Brown Christmas
others
Any Planet of the Apes movies on Channel 7 4:30 movie
Godzilla - all other monster movies
Hitchcock movies like The Birds or Psycho
I remember back in the mid 70's when we got cable HBO was the only premium channel and they would play the same movies over and over again (I know some things never change) but we must have watched the The Prisoner of 2nd Ave about a hundred times.
Thank you Ron and Fez for finally being live in DC again.
Ok let's get the boys back live in NY. Don't give up the fight.

There was an old b&w one that always seemed to be on when I was sick and stayed home from school [especially when I was faking it].
I don't recall the title, but it took place in the southwest and something had happened outside of town like a nuke test or something.
This caused a mutation in ants.
The sumbitches must have been 20 feet long.
There was one scary scene early on where they find them in the sewer and a guy gets picked up in one of the giant ant's pincers.
I can't remember how it turned out, just that after flame throwers and who knows what else, they found some way to kill the bastards.
As for other movies that we'd watch a lot; this was before cable, so we'd plan for, and it'd be a big deal when the Wizard of Oz was on.
Also the good war movies like Battle Cry and Pork Chop Hill.

I dont know if it counts, but the cartoons like Charley Brown holiday specials, the Christmas ones with Rudolf and stuff, The Grinch and Dr Suise(sp?). The ones on at Halloween that were like claymation with voices of guys like Peter Lorri and Boris Karloff and Phyllis Diller and Vincent Price etc. Monster Mash.
I use to watch shows like Twilight Zone and Star Trek nightly, over and over and over again, Space 1999 and stuff.
Other movies;
The Pink Panther (all)
Young Frankenstein
