Figured I'd start a seperate thread for anyone that wants to post any politcal 'toons, since they tend to fuck up the page layout and we might as well keep them in one place...

I like how in that one pic that liberal looks just like a college professor, and the guy next to him calling him a whale lover looks just like Rush Limbaugh.

If William Bennett ever says anything at all about any issue whatsoever, he should be shot. That's the price for putting yourself on such a high pedestal.

I seriously have no friggin' clue what that thing is trying to say.
And why would a French newspaper be in English?
Its just a comment on how the White House has completely ruined the goodwill that we had following 9/11. Immediately following it, even the French were supportive. I remember Jacques Chirac was one of the first foreign leaders to visit NY following the attack. The newspaper Le Monde had a headline that stated "We are all Americans." In the last year of us sniping back and forth with French, we forget that. To see how anti-american that paper has become, one needs only to look at one of the political cartoons they have in their paper today. I'll post a link once I find it.

Is that the lame comic strip from Rolling Stone? It sucks, and not because of any politcal difference I have with it. It just plain old sucks.

I don't see one iota of humor in this. TMW has really sucked lately. This one in particular will stay with me for a while to remind me what blind political hatred can do to corrode one's sense of humor. Perkins should be ashamed.

I agree. Not only do I see no humor in that comic, I don't see any point to it at all.
But I did like that comic about Howard Dean's electability a few weeks ago. I don't think its been horrible, but this week's comic BLEW.

Jesus, that STUNK. Like HBox said, what was even the point? TMW had always been great because it was so topical, but this was just all random and completely spiteful without any kind of ANYTHING behind it all.
And it just seems like a rip-off of a classic Upright Citizens Brigade sketch.

I gotta say this. He's a socialist liberal-ass atheist, but he's the funniest fucking socialist liberal-ass atheist that I've ever seen.
It's just the funny part I don't agree with. I don't like his ideological glib overgeneralizations, but worse, I never thought he was funny.
On the other hand, I think Mark Twain would love GYWO.

In 1981, Ronald Reagan's budget director, David Stockman, proposed classifying ketchup as a vegetable as part of Reagan's budget cuts for federally financed school lunch programs (It would make it cheaper to satisfy the requirements on vegetable content of lunches). The suggestion was widely ridiculed and the proposal was killed.

Hey guys,
I was just reading this new mens entertainment magazine called Giant (which is really good by the way, check it out when you can it talks about music, Playstation, movies, all that stuff we love, anyway I digress) but they do a review on Get Your War On for anyone interested. They also had a pretty big spread on comics (non-political and political) so if that's your thing, check out the mag.
