V The Miniseries

I'm not a fan of sci-fi or reptiles,but I dug this week-long movie.I didn't care for the Tv series that much. I haven't seen any of the old V marathons on cable in years.

Anyone else have some favorite old miniseries?

The last good one that I have caught was The Stand.

Yes V was a great mini-series. i also remember Shaka Zulu years ago. That was pretty cool too.

V was my favorite of all the old school mini series. "IT" was very good as well. I love when i rent these vidoes and the segments fade to black but then fade right back in....no commercials!

V the series did in fact suck. The only thing i didn't like about the miniseries was the little hybrid girl who now had special powers. they blew it all right there.

"V" had to be the cheesiest sci-fi series of all time. But, damn, I couldn't get enough of it. So much so, bought the DVD off the $9.99 rack at WalMart the minute I saw it. I was slightly upset when I had to pay $14.99 for DVD set #2, but still didn't hesitate.
