I've been wearing my fanny pack for years now, I got it at the flea market near my trailer.

With men, a wallet is a neccesity- with women, a purse is a fashion accesory-my wife had a different purse for work, going shopping, going out, shoplifting etc.

I have an overnight bag in my car for when I sleep over my friend's house on the weekends. It's a leather napsack with some clothes, a brush and toothbruch and paste in it.

I also have a taveling pantry of sorts with cans of food and drinks in it in my car.

But as far as shit I carry, it's all in the wallet.

i dont know, i'm not so into bags. i mean, i carry one for all my shit, but i don't have like ten different ones to go with all my shoes or anything. my sister, on the other hand, spent like $250 on this little black bag that looks nearly identical to the five other little black bags she has...

I am the LAST woman who wants a handbag and/or pocketbook. My question to you is-- Why do men's jackets have so many extra pockets than women's jackets? Simple: you can sell women handbags so they can carry their stuff.

I own basic colors.

One is for fancy parties, one exactly matches half my wardrobe and one is silver and sparkly.

The last one, the one I use most, is for clobbering people over the head with.

But I don't carry purses that often.

I have a bag I use for work, to carry my sandwich, train-book and assorted junk (like my rescue inhaler and extra tissues), and I have a knapsack, for overnight trips & class.

Other than that, I'm a minimalist.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there. I am very picky about my wallet. It has to have a certain amount of flaps and capacity for all my credit cards, movie stubs and various casino memberships. It also has to be durable and made of a good material. I've been through so many shitty wallets. A good wallet is hard to find.

It's called accesorizing and some girls are obsessed with it.

I personally was never into 'bags' until the last 2 years or so. I didn't really need to carry one when I was in school cuz I always had my bookbag. But once I started working I needed a nice purse. Well, it grew from there.

I have always been a shoe nut and then I started in with purses. I don't have alot compared to most people I know, but I have some choices for different outfits and formal occasions. Besides, you can't see guys wallets. If I could fit everything I needed into that I would.
