None of the links on any webpage works-same with my email-I can't figure it out-My usual sources of help are unavailable today-can someone please help

I dont understand. Do you mean you can't get to any websites. Are you using Outlook for your mail client. If this is the case, it souunds as if your internet connection is dead. What type of connection do you have?

cable-the connection has to be good-I just can't access any highlighted links on websites or my email-other than that-I can do everything else. i.e.-I had a link on an email - I clicked on it and nothing hapens-same with links on websites

I was having the same problem last night and I too have cable modem. Obviously it's workin now n everything is fine.

I also had the same problem...I have optimum. I could get to the web site but couldn't click on any links. What the "F"!

Yarp.
I have optimum too. I actually had to switch to Opera as my browser (I HATE Netscape). Everything is working there. So it must be Internet Exploder. I went to a IE newsgroup and it seems like we're not the only ones experiencing problems. I guess i'll just wait and see.
