5.) 1995 Game 5 American League Wild Card Series: Yankees lose in 5 games to Mariners

...MAN, do I feel your pain there. Seeing Don Mattingly's playoff career come to an abrupt hault really hurt.

As well as:

- 2000, World Series Game 7...two incredible late comebacks, the best playoff closer in history on the mound, and it all went horribly wrong on a Texas-leaguer/barely-went-further-than-a-broken-bat single. Ouch. And although I felt good for Curt Schilling (some time a few hours after I kicked in my TV) the worst part of it was watching that mongoloid with the grotesquely elongated features, Big Ugly, winning a World Series.

- 1997, Divisional Series vs. Cleveland...Sandy Alomar, Jr. doesn't make contact with that Rivera pitch one more time if he gets 100 more swings, and that one finds its' way to the seats?! I've got scars on my knuckles from that evening.

its not a new york loss or win but when dallas lost in LA earlier this season that was sad. they had a 35 point lead at teh half i think. so dallas has yet to beat LA in LA thats got to wreck your mind going into the playoffs.
