All the attention goes to Bonds, Sosa and A Rod. They all have impressive numbers and future hall of famers
However there are names that hardly ever get mentioned on Sportscenter. Rafael Palmiero who has put up some respectable numbers over the past 10 years is one of them. He will be joining the 500 club this year and if he stays healthy he may also join the 3000 hit club in the next few years. Albert Pujols of St Louis had another amazing year last year and he looks like he will be putting up big numbers as well. Also Miguel Tejada was the AL MVP and has been putting up steady numbers over the last 3 seasons. But for some reason the media only recognizes Bonds, Sosa and A Rod

I don't know how much Sportscenter you watch, or how much baseball you know (considering you are a "wrestlingfan") but Tejada was all over the TV last season and getting a shitload of press, especially during the A's huge winning streak.
