Streaming For Infinity? - 3/28 - Infinity has long prohibited the internet streaming of its radio stations. But we're hearing that a new "Radio@AOL" service offered by AOL Broadband may soon feature live audio for stations like WJFK-FM (Howard Stern, Don and Mike, the Redskins), WPGC-FM (Donnie Simpson), WQSR (Big Don, the Ravens), WHFS (the Junks), WLIF, WWMX, WXYV, WARW (Cerphe), and more. Infinity's WJFK-FM and WXYV have been running promos teasing the arrival of the AOL service. Stay tuned.....



This would be great if they added Ron and Fez. That way everyone will at least be able to hear the show live.

No Streaming For Infinity - 3/31 - Infinity has long prohibited the internet streaming of its radio stations. And there were trade pub reports last week that a new "Radio@AOL" service offered by AOL Broadband may soon feature live audio for stations like WJFK-FM, WPGC-FM, WQSR, WHFS, WLIF, WWMX, WXYV, WARW, and more. Infinity's WJFK-FM and WXYV have been running promos teasing the arrival at its studios and offices of the AOL broadcast service. But now we're hearing that new Infinity-AOL deal won't feature the internet relay of any station.....


Sorry everyone, it seems that AOL is just going to be there service provider and they are going to be using AOL in the studio to get information. THAT SUCKS.

Who the hell cares what service provider the station uses. Maybe WJFK will finally get a website.
