to curtail the media from asking provocative questions...
During the interview today with George Bush and Tony Blair the reporters kept trying to get a "timeframe" for the war. Honestly, can they not realize that the War has alot of unknowns, such as weather, the resiliency of the enemy, the weaponry of the enemy, etc...
I can only conclude that they are trying to manipulate "public opinion" and to me it's just plain wrong...
Tony Blair was very polite and just let them know that it will be over when we have "complete victory"
It wouldn't be right for Tony Blair or George Bush to lash back or talk down to the reporter, but shouldn't there be something in place that prevents a reporter from continuing to ask this question, shouldn't there be some type of guideline or restriction in place?
